Welcome to Cake & Crust!

My name is Anne, and I am behind the one-person operation that is this bakery.
Hailing from Germany, I found my home in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island in Canada over a
decade ago. I have always had a passion for baking, and want to share that passion with my customers.
In 2010, I completed the Professional Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate at Vancouver Island
University (then known as Malaspina College), and have been baking for customers as a side gig ever since.

Whether you want an extravagant cake, or just some cookies - I am your gal. I make both sweet
and savoury treats out of my home kitchen, and while the menu on this websites highlights a few key items
I can bake for you, just send me a message if you want me to bake something not on the menu, and I will
